"Resize Pictures Here" Option

I would like to be able to right-click-drag-and-drop one or more image files into a new folder and have the resized images placed in that target folder.

The Resize to... folder option issue (http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=3104) is an alternate proposal for implementing this same functionality.
