Pre-XP Support

Description

Could you please get this utility working on versions of Windows that were released prior to Windows XP. Especially Windows 2000. Thanks.

I had a thought on this, but am not near my 2000 box to test it. If you get a chance, would you try installing the attached build to see if it works?

Yes, I see you made the distinction. I doubt you'll get many requests for Microsoft's Retired operating systems. Generally, everying below 5.0 in the NT-family, as well as the 9x and ME family is Retired. You'll note I didn't mention the 3.x family. ;-)
