Image Resizer for Windows

Downloaded it 3 times! First two times it hung in there.

No icon installed, no sign of it anywhere. Went to Program Files and clicked on the .exe app. It gave me an icon, the resizer comes up as a small pop up, but does not do anything!

Opened Windows Picture Gallery, selected 1.09 MB photo to resize. Opened Resizer pop up icon, but my Windows Vista does not show a REsize option when you right click the photo.

Very difficult to figure this out. And I am an IT consultant! Good grief! Can someone help me before I shoot myself thru sheer frustration? Why is Windows so difficult? Can they not copy iPhoto on the Mac. No problem with Macs at all.

To use Image Resizer, navigate to some image files using Windows Explorer, right-click on one or more of them, then select "Resize pictures". If all else fails, read the Documentation.

I've downloaded it as well for Windows 7, but when I right click on an image, I get no "resize picture."
I've used this add-on for years, but I can't get this new version to do anything.
